Challenge

Within the traditional business system, the sale of books by means of direct marketing via mailings and call center activities

Task

Develop a concept for the people-based direct sale of books and set up the adquate sales structures.

Solution

A product range suitable for the direct sales channels was compiled and developed. This was followed by a profitability analysis and the development of an attractive remuneration system. Test sales were carried out together with our client sot that the sales process could be finalized. Sales personnel were recruited to start the business.
