Summary

The Regional Sales Manager (RSM) will be responsible for spearheading the sales and leadership development initiatives within its designated region. The RSM will deliver training, conduct business planning sessions with Leaders, monitor key performance indicators, and provide overall support to drive the growth of the organisation. The role requires strong collaboration with the Sales Support, Communications and Marketing departments for effective implementation of sales and leadership strategies.
